Das Bündnis für Kultur und Soziales hat sich in Bewegung gesetzt. Heute wurde in der Bottroper Innenstadt den Bürgern das Signal gezeigt das wir nicht nur da sind, sondern das jeder die Möglichkeit hat sich aktiv mit einzubringen.
Deshalb wurden die Menschen aus den Partein sowie die Bottrop zum Treffen ins Exil mit eingeladen. Worauf das Bündnis besonderen Wert legt ist das die Bürger die Führung bei der Gestaltung ihrer Stadt haben.
